We founded Impax because we got tired of treating the exact same preventable injuries over and over again in private clinics. Every week, patients came to us with severe back pain, chronic shoulder tension, and repetitive strain, all caused by poor workstation setups and unoptimized daily workflows. The problem was obvious: the damage was happening at work, but traditional healthcare was only stepping in after the injury had already taken hold.
